Our Story

Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

Barbara Jean Candle Co. is the handcrafted gift arm of My Ancestor’s Dreams, LLC. Barbara Jean Candle Co. is named after my Maternal Grandmother, Barbara Jean as a way to honor her and her legacy. Every candle in the brand represents a piece of her and what she brought to the world. From her strength and her determination to her presence, grace, and depth; each scent takes you on a sensory experience. I hope you enjoy getting to know her as much as I enjoyed curating this collection!
